Bag came with one of the cuffs dangling. The left cuff is very loose and the mechanism on it doesn't work as supposed, it keeps detaching from its own weight. Must be a factory mistake, I don't think the bag got damaged during transport (it was wrapped very carefully in bubble wrap). I'm giving 4 stars only because of this, the bag is otherwise beautiful and in wonderful condition. Very nice stitching, the canvas and PU look beautiful, the rivets are polished and shiny. Lots of storage space, all the pockets are functional. I got a cute skull keychain with my order.
