The item was shipped immediately and it came wrapped in a plastic envelope within a silk bag (together with another item that I bought). It's shiny and detailed, the "S925" mark is carved upon the necklace. The back is accurate just like the front part. I can say that I am satisfied with this purchase and I will buy again in future from this store.
