Merry was very professional. My unit came within 2 days after shipping. After washing it I was worried it would shed but I was very surprised as to how little it shed. I mean it was so insignificant. The hair is full and the curls are lovely. I had complained to Merry that the hair was too big for my head. Merry was very sympathetic and asked if I wanted to return it. I told her no so she sent me videos and tips on what to do. She also gave me an incentive. She really went over and beyond for me. 100% customer service. I will definitely buy again from Merry. Best seller for me so far on Aliexpress. I don't have pictures to upload yet but when I wear the hair I'll come back to update y'all.

I received my wig yesterday after ordering it last week on I think Tuesday or Wednesday. The hair is soft and true to density and length. The wig had no odor which is a plus. The packaging was very nice as well. I came in this cute little black box with their label wrapped around it. I definitely recommend this wig to anyone.
